Terms of Use and Sale
Last updated
The terms for using this site and for buying The SEO Playbook for 2027 from it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Who we are
SEO Tool Cost (seotoolcost.com) is run by an independent publisher based in Sweden, called "we" in these terms. There's no contact address yet; one will appear here and in the footer as soon as mail to it is delivered.
Using the site
The site is free to use, with no account. You may link to any page. The price data in the CSV download is free to reuse with a link to the comparison page, as that page says. The rest of the text, the design and the book are ours: quote short passages with a link back, but don't copy pages wholesale. Please don't overload the site, probe it for weaknesses or try to get round its security.
Prices are a guide, not an offer
Every price here comes from the vendor's own pricing page, with the date it was read shown on the page and the vendor's words behind each figure. Vendors change prices, plans and limits without notice, may show different prices in different countries, and may add taxes, which our figures don't include. Euro prices converted to dollars at the European Central Bank's reference rate are approximate and marked "≈".
What you pay a vendor is set by the vendor's own checkout and terms, not by this site, so check there before you buy. If a figure here is wrong, tell us: it is corrected only to what the vendor's own page says, and every correction is dated in the change log.
We compare what tools cost and what their plans include. We haven't used or tested the tools for this site and make no claims about how well they work. Nothing on the site is professional, financial or legal advice.
Affiliate links
Buttons to vendors' sites go through this site's own redirect (addresses starting /go/). Once a vendor's affiliate programme accepts the site, a purchase you make after clicking its link may earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you. Such a link is then marked "Affiliate link" beside the button, and every page carries a note at the top saying that some links are affiliate links.
Lists are ordered by computed cost for the scenario stated beside them, cheapest first. No vendor pays to be listed or ranked, and whether a vendor pays commission plays no part in which tools are listed, their order or their figures (see the methodology). No programme has accepted the site yet, so today no link here earns anything.
Other sites
We aren't responsible for vendors' sites, products, prices or checkouts. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you're there.
Buying The SEO Playbook for 2027
The book isn't on sale yet. These terms apply from the first sale; any change before then will show in the date at the top.
Who sells it
The book is sold through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), the merchant of record: Creem resells the book to you in its own name, runs the checkout, takes payment, charges any VAT or sales tax due where you live, and sends your receipt. Creem's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy cover the checkout and payment, and your card statement shows "CREEM.IO* STORE". These terms cover what we are responsible for: the book, your licence to use it, and our refund guarantee.
What you get
The SEO Playbook for 2027, 2027 edition, as a PDF (122 pages) and an EPUB, both without DRM. The research cut-off is 8 October 2026. The price is for this edition.
Price
$39 (US dollars), paid once. The checkout shows the total, including any tax due where you live, before you pay.
Delivery
After payment, Creem emails you a receipt with a secure link to its customer portal, where you can download both files. You can sign in to the portal with the email address you bought with and download them again whenever you like. If a download doesn't work, write to us and we'll get the files to you.
Your licence
Buying the book gives you a personal licence to read it on your own devices and print it for your own use. Use what you learn from it in any work you do, for yourself, your employer or your clients. Don't share the files, put them where others can download them, resell them, or republish the book or large parts of it; short quotations with credit are fine. For a team, buy one copy per reader. The licence can't be transferred.
30-day refund guarantee
If the book isn't useful to you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it and you get back the full amount you paid. You don't need to give a reason, and it doesn't matter whether you've downloaded the files. Ask us through the support contact on your receipt, from the email address you bought with. The money goes back to your original payment method through Creem. Once refunded, please delete your copies.
Your right of withdrawal in the EU
If you're a consumer living in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. For digital content you can download straight away, that right no longer applies once delivery has begun, but only if you agreed beforehand to delivery starting at once, acknowledged that you would lose the right to withdraw, and received confirmation of this. Creem's Buyer Terms (section 8) set out how its checkout handles this. If those conditions weren't met, you keep your 14-day right to withdraw.
Either way, our 30-day refund guarantee comes on top: it lasts longer, needs no reason, and doesn't depend on whether you've downloaded the book.
If something is wrong with the files
If a file is damaged, won't open, or the book isn't what its page describes, tell us and we'll send a working copy or refund you, even after 30 days. This adds to your legal rights when digital content is faulty; it doesn't replace them.
No promise of results
The book gives you steps and a check for each one. It doesn't promise rankings, traffic or sales, and nothing in it claims to: search engines change their systems without notice, and what a change does on your site depends on things neither of us controls. Its claims are dated and sourced, and reflect what was known at the research cut-off; some will date.
Liability
We take care to get things right, but the site and the book are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on the site's figures or the book's advice, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost traffic. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can take a claim to the courts there. Your purchase contract with Creem is governed by its Buyer Terms.
If we can't settle a complaint between us, consumers in Sweden can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), and consumers elsewhere in the EU can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. A purchase is governed by the terms in force on the day you bought. How the site handles personal data is in the privacy policy.
